Floor soft machine for the production of Ice Cream as well as Frozen Yogurt 1 or 2 flavours and mix; high dispensing capacity, thanks to the patented cylinders with independent motors, allowing to optimize the production of very different ice creams at the same time.
This machine is equipped with a low noise refrigerating system and a large work space which enables to easily fill the moulds for cakes, the ice cream tubs and large ice cream cups, as well as to decorating several cakes. The machine has 1 or 9 or 18 litre tubs, cylinders with 1.7 kilos capacity each, managed by a patented electronic card, enabling:
•To check separately the temperature of the tanks and that of the cylinders
•To schedule the ice cream or frozen yogurt consistency
•To manage the production times with a remarkable energy saving
•To manage all types of alarms
•To control the number of deliveries and working hours.
Furthermore, it has also a washing programme production and night cycle that maintains a constant temperature both in the tank and into the cylinders. The machine can be supplied with gear pumps for high overrun or with gravity system. Condensation can be air or water.
